Heading up the new division is Nikki Voelzke, Vice President of Transit. She joins The Quotient Group after holding a long-term marketing position at Valley Transit in Appleton, Wis. Voelzke wields 10 years of public transportation marketing experience, including spearheading projects that increased ridership and strengthened community support.
