Who knew frequently getting lost on buses (school and city transit) as a child would guide Nikki’s career path?
Nikki Voelzke has been in marketing and public relations for the past 15 years. She joined The Quotient Group as Vice President of Public Relations after holding a long-term marketing position at Valley Transit in Appleton, Wisconsin. Nikki wields 10 years of marketing experience in public transportation, including spearheading projects that increased ridership and strengthened community support.
Nikki brings a vast skillset to the company, including:
» Developing, implementing and analyzing public relations and marketing campaigns to improve community use and support of transit services and raise the profile of transit in the community
» Guiding survey, focus group and market research studies and analyzing results to develop strategic marketing plans which include metrics to measure success
» Developing strategies to effectively communicate with external and internal audiences: elected officials, business and community leaders, advocacy groups, local media and transit employees on a variety of platforms including social media
» Legislative advocacy work on a state and federal level
Nikki is passionate about public transportation and the vital role it plays for the people who depend on it every day, not to mention the benefits public transit provides to the community. Her goal is to help clients increase ridership and community support by providing high quality, measurable marketing and communications strategies and tactics.
