Tiana O’Connor, C.M., is Vice President at The Quotient Group, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the aviation industry and a strong foundation in airport operations, strategy, and communications. A Certified Member (C.M.) of the American Association of Airport Executives, Tiana pairs extensive experience in the aviation sector with strategic insight to help airports and aviation organizations achieve measurable, high-impact results. At TQG, Tiana provides senior-level leadership across a wide range of initiatives, guiding projects from concept development through execution and presentation. She’s a master at connecting complex ideas and translating strategy into actionable plans. As a lifelong Minnesotan, she’s no stranger to winter at an airport and understands the planning, communication, and resilience it takes to keep things running when the weather has other ideas.
Throughout her career, Tiana has successfully launched low-cost, high-impact programs from the ground up. At Rochester International Airport (RST), she launched airport pet therapy programs, in-terminal art galleries featuring local artists, employee recognition initiatives, and other passenger-focused and community-driven efforts. Tiana also brings extensive experience in traditional marketing and communications.
Like all of us at The Quotient Group, travel is a passion for Tiana. She’s a particular fan of traveling to Spain. She majored in Spanish and studied abroad there when she was in college.
