Official Rules

The following rules apply to this Promotion:

The “ROC-MYR on Spirit Airlines Promotion” (“Promotion”) is offered and open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, approved to fly by the TSA and follow TSA regulations, and live within 200 miles of Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (“ROC”). Direct employees, tenants and lessee employees of ROC and their immediate family (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) or members of their households are not eligible. By entering, you agree to these Promotion rules (the “Official Rules”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The Promotion period for the “Promotion” begins on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time, and ends on Sunday, March 24, 2025 at 7:59:59 a.m. Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”).

3. HOW TO ACCESS AND ENTER

Entrants must comment on “Promotion” posts on ROC’s Facebook or Instagram page. To qualify, the comment should include the entrant’s response to the prompt on the Facebook or Instagram post. If entering on Facebook, entrant must “like” the “Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport – ROC” Facebook page. If entering on Instagram, entrants must follow the @rocairport Instagram page. Entrants must have completed all criteria on social media to enter the promotion at the time of Winner selection.

4. DRAWING/ODDS

Winning entries will be selected at random from all eligible entries. There will be one grand prize winner. The prize winner will be randomly selected from the entire promotion period.

5. PRIZE

Grand Prize winner will receive two round-trip tickets on Spirit Airlines (Spirit). Tickets will be valid to travel on Spirit-operated, published, scheduled service from Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) to Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR). Winner will receive a hotel stay from Visit Myrtle Beach. Prizes will be emailed to the winner by The Quotient Group (TQG). Airline tickets are inclusive of taxes and fees and include one carry-on bag, one checked bag, priority boarding, and a seat assignment (up to $20) per flight per Customer. The trip must be completed within the period of service between April 10, 2025 and May 2, 2025. The trip must depart from ROC and return to ROC.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE REDEMPTION

Winners will be notified via a private Facebook or Instagram message. Attempt will be made to contact and notify winners within 48 (forty-eight) hours of winning. Winners will be required to respond (as directed) to the notification within 48 (forty-eight) hours of an attempted notification. The failure to respond in a timely manner to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may attempt to contact up to 3 (three) potential winners of a prize with the above procedure after which the prize in question may go un-awarded if it remains unclaimed.

If winner is found to be ineligible or not to be in compliance with these Official Rules, Winner may be disqualified, and an alternate Winner will be selected.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Quotient Group, Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport and/or Spirit Airlines assume no responsibility or liability for the cancellation or delays of booked flights, issues while booking flights, or issues during or with flights, or any other instances or scenarios associated with this trip that are out-of-control of TQG, ROC and/or Spirit. At no time shall any entity providing prizes for this promotion, or operating or managing this promotion, be held financially liable or provide financial reimbursement for any part of the prize package.

If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, TQG reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part.
